She spent a decade working for Gap Inc. in various roles, from leading large-scale impact campaigns and events to spearheading a new crisis communications process and protocol for all five retail brands. Most recently, Mandy led a tech company through a full rebranding project. She meets organisations where they are, helping leaders find their voice to earn employee trust, connect with customers, and gain shareholder buy-in.
